What does a family have to do to receive services?

  • A family who is eligible must fill out a Transitional Housing Questionnaire (S-26).  After completing the form, parents can take it to the school office, email the form to gavillan@cajonvalley.net, or bring the form to the 91ณินฯอ๘ District Office located at 750 E. Main St., El Cajon, CA 92020, attention Miguel Gavillan.
