October 7, 2021 - 91³Ô¹ÏÍø Campus Volunteers

As our valued school community members, we want you to know who you can expect to be on campus between the time you drop your child off at school and pick them up in the afternoon.

During school hours (30 minutes before school and 15 minutes after dismissal), 91³Ô¹ÏÍø has limited the amount of adults on campus to ensure our ability to adequately contact trace due to COVID-19 exposures.

91³Ô¹ÏÍø currently allows for the following adults on campus for essential school functions during school hours:

  • School and District Staff Members (Vaccinated for COVID-19 or weekly testing required)
  • Contracted Vendors (Vaccinated for COVID-19 or weekly testing required)
  • School Volunteers (Vaccinated for COVID-19 or weekly testing required)
  • Parents/guardians attending IEP meetings (Requires sign-in for contact tracing)
  • Parents/guardians attending parent/teacher conferences/meetings (Requires sign-in for contact tracing)
  • Parents/guardians/community members attending School Site Council (SSC), or English Language Advisory Committee (ELAC) meetings (Requires sign-in for contact tracing)

By October 15th, all 91³Ô¹ÏÍø staff, substitutes, vendors and volunteers will be required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination, or be tested weekly in order to be on a school campus. Volunteers will be required to show proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 7 days of the date of volunteering when checking-in to the front office.

During optional, after school opportunities all attendees will be required to perform symptoms screening and wear a face covering indoors when students are present.

We thank you for your continued support in keeping our campuses safe and healthy.
